Campers will build strength, improve flexibility, increase coordination and grow physical confidence, all setting the tone for a great year ahead both athletically and academically.
Flex Mind
A grounded mind helps children find peace. Campers will spend time each day practicing intention setting, mindfulness, and meditation to develop the habits needed to generate calm in their busy lives.
Flex Summer
Summer is a time to improve! Campers will use summer to get stronger and more focused.We cannot wait to flex with your kids! And maybe we'll add some parent classes too!
